Overview

RMS Patch Management Service accurately and automatically targets operating system patches to the client systems that need them during appropriate maintenance windows and automatically verifies the installation status. This ensures that the software is always at the latest level of patch compliance based on the client’s requirements and therefore greatly reduces risks to the company’s systems.

Remote Managed Services Deliverables

• All existing computers will be patched according to predefined requirements and policies e.g. maintenance window and bandwidth throttling, auto re-boot etc.
• Multiple reports will be provided to the client on a daily, weekly or monthly basis revealing the environments vulnerability and overall risk status
• Patches will be deployed automatically, remotely and in the back ground with no user intervention
• The RMS objective is to reach a minimum level of 95% patch compliance across all systems as soon as possible
• The RMS Patch Management Service can by default patch applications such as Microsoft, Adobe, Mac, Novell and Red-Hat. Other third party applications can also be configured within Patch Management as and when required
